I’ve been photographing the Griffin family for years, and it was my pleasure to get to photograph them, along with their cousins down at the beach this year!

Here are a few of my favorites!

As much as I love the beach, I’d yet to photograph client sessions there. This summer, that changed!

I wanted to share some of my faves from one of my sessions!

And, of course, I’m hooked! We will definitely add summer beach portraits to our annual offerings!

Elf On The Shelf

December 6, 2011

If you aren’t familiar with Elf on the Shelf, you’ve either been living on a remote part of Africa for the last 2 years, or have no children.

We’ve been doing it since Gabby was about 18 months old.

Anywho – “Joe Elf” usually just hides in a different spot after his trip home from the North Pole every night, but this year, Joe has gotten quite mischievous!

You can follow his album on Facebook, where I’m posting photos of his adventures.

I may eventually do a blogpost of all of his happenings, but for now, I’ll post the one that has gotten the most comments.

So, I’m cheating on this post…it’s not a client, it’s my own child! She’s by far my favorite subject, and this is my favorite newest pic of her!

This is precious Aidan and his newborn brother Preston! Aren’t they handsome?!

And Preston has one of the coolest nurseries, ever!

In fact, their entire house is super cool! Mom has great design sense!

Here’s some of my faves from the session, my MOST fave is the smile pic!! LOVE!

Precious Bentley’s traveled all the way to Brandon, MS, at just around a week old,  for me to shoot his newborn session!

Here’s some of mine and his mom’s faves from the day!

(As you can see,  I love baby yawns! )

By the way, thanks for letting me put your baby on a shelf, Meredith ;)

This is precious Avery! Isn’t he adorable! All that hair! LOVE IT!

Love this mobile!

Awesome distressed dresser in his nursery!

Front porch bench! I love that the family loves color!

The dad’s El Ranchero (no, not the Mexican restaurant!)

As soon as I saw this car, I was hoping mom would let me shoot in it!

Excuse me, but I think I left a baby on the front porch of your old cabin! ;)

So peaceful!

Baby Mohawks RULE!

Until Next Time…

Hey! Blog-posting! Yay Me! (said in my best London Tipton voice, for those of you who know who that is!)

Today’s post is for Loxley – a beautiful baby girl, with a DIVINE nursery!

Love how they did the her initials in these distressed frames! Love the bedding, Love the paint, furntiure, etc…

Well, let’s face it, I love everything about their nursery!

The rest of their house is cool, too. They have great taste, especially in photographers ;)

Until Next Time…
